I really don't update very much on here.

I've come to the conclusion, it's much harder to write personal things about yourself, rather than posting about books, publishing news, and whatever takes your fancy.

But, one thing I am finding easier is my writing. I'm writing, not as much as I would like, but writing to the point where I'm showing friends and sound boarding off them. I wish I could be like other writers, who manage to write each month and have something to show in their critique group. I'm more like every two months. Hopefully, this will improve as the months go by.

By the way, GO LIONS! www.lionsrugby.com/home.php

There are playing a friendly as I type, and the score is 3-0 to the Lions.
Return to the LJ!

I finally managed to log into this joint, (retrieve password) and the fluorescent pink just had to go. Ye Ghads! What the hell was I thinking? Obviously, I wasn't.

Looking back at my atrocious spelling and grammar, (those posts also had to go) I can safely say the OWG has done me worlds of good.

Even more cringe-worthy was reading emails going back 3/4 years ago. Oh my! I wince and mentally apologised to anyone who had the misfortune of reading them.

In fact, I'd totally forgotten that I emailed the author, Linda Fairstein, asking her a question about the Alex Cooper series. I'm ashamed to admit there was not a full stop or comma in my question. Oh, I cringe...I cringe very much.
